A downloadable game

Taking place in an alternate world where humanity took on various genetic variations akin to what most would describe as "fantasy races" and in a Europe that became communist before World War Two Mindshift: Timeline One follows a man named Dimitri Makhno as he deals with the guilt and trauma associated with his friend deciding to end his own life as well as other demons he's fighting using a fusion of RPG combat and an approach to narrative seen in traditional Visual Novels.

Mindshift's demo is relatively short clocking in at around an hour if you read the flavor text and make an attempt to do everything you can in the free roaming segment (which is highly recommended).

This game is not for the faint of heart and deals with a lot of mature subject matter, please take caution if you decide to play it.

Some of the sensitive subject matter includes but is not strictly limited to: Suicide, Grooming, Sexual Violence (not outright depicted), Sexual Content (anal sex between two consenting adults), Messy Relationships, Queer Themes, Depictions of Intrusive Thoughts, etc.

Please note as well that the game is in its demo stages right now meaning what you see now could change by the time the full game is done. There currently is no set timeline for the game's development meaning it will be out when it's ready.

As stated in the download instructions: this game requires either a functional web browser that supports the emulator mindshift uses to run or an offline emulator that supports the Gameboy Color. Due to the game being early in development there are no native executable versions (yet).
